To earn the certification:
MYFRCW candidates will be evaluated on competencies in English, grammar, spelling, punctuation, resume writing, MYFR strategies, basic knowledge of dissecting job announcement on USAJOBS using our Qual-Fit Tool™ process, and the federal hiring landscape.
Submit two federal resumes of your choice that will be written by you using Microsoft Word.
Attend a one-on-one coaching session after your first federal resume is submitted for certification. You will have the opportunity to discuss your submission, discover your strengths, identify growth opportunities, and learn more before your final federal resume submission.
Successful MYFRCW candidates receive:
Permission to use “MYFRCW” to showcase your earned certification (John Smith, MYFRCW).
MYFRCW Seal Certificate for display in your office or electronically.
Authorization for using the MYFRCW logo, delivered via high-quality download (similar to logo shown above).
